am Dienstag haben die mir gesagt, es dauert drei weitere Tage für die Verifizierung, heute sind drei Tage um! Wie schon gedacht von mir, wollen die wieder Kontoauszüge von November,Dezember. Es bestätigt immer mehr den Verdacht, dass die Betrüger sind und versuchen auf Zeit zu spielen.
Ich kann jeden nur davon abraten dort was einzuzahlen.
Ich hoffe hier im Forum kann man mir helfen. Werde es auch mein Anwalt weitergeben.

They are scammers. They offer simple 25% real money cashback (1x wager needed) for last week live casino losses. You just need to contact them on Monday. Everything was fine until yesterday. In last week I deposited 766€ and played only live blackjack. Lost it all. I should get 191.5€ of cashback but they refuses to pay. I don't know what kind of people work there but it's simple just to look deposits history, live casino losses and count 25% of that... I have played there only because of that cashback, knowing that I will get 25% even if I loose. Avoid them
What is the reason for not paying, though? Is it stated in their terms that they will give that cashback every time, or are there some conditions to get that?
They said:
"I would like to kindly inform you that after checking your account, it appears that the amount accumulated during last week's activity does not meet the requirement and is not eligible for Monday's cashback."
That's obviously not true.
There are no any special conditions, just 25% of lost money in live casino. Minimum cashback is 5€ and maximum is 200€.
