I've had the same outcome both the merchant that was confirmed by them and them themselves are telling me to go to the bank but the bank refused to help and now it's late to do anything.

Sometimes they refer to debit cards as credit cards and they do often ask for picture of your card with last four numbers and first 6 cover the remaining. Did the three deposits not credit on their side but went out the bank? I'm a little confused 🤔

They say I did a deposit with a creditcard. But all my deposits were done with my bank.


In my account u can see all the ‘PAID’ transactions (12 deposits). I send instantcasino my bank PDF file and there u can see there were 12 deposits made.

But they keep asking for a creditcard that I have never used. And when I ask them which transaction ID it is about they cannot tell me.


As you can see in the image, first the the customer service tells me a time and date that was done with a ‘creditcard’ , but if u look into my profile there is no deposit done at that time.


Also they come everytime with nonsense, like the ‘…..4740’ one is also shown on my bankaccount.

I think I got scammed and alot of people complaining not getting their money back.filefile
