C-ramp if its in Poland also I would guess is https://ramp.network/ its quite common for these casinos to make you buy crypto for example so it adds up but not 100% sure as visioforge
MBM ramp im not sure perhaps same company? Depends on city and address.
Pixtub should be Pixtub.io and if they wont refund you directly its chargeback route with goods not received
