You can't because when you pay by card they seem to vary who they use. Unless you can guarantee it's DSOLPAY you're running a very risky game - and still would be anyway. Best option is to stay as far away from them as possible
DSOLPAY is not the only processor that issues refunds, there a plenty especially when going down the goods not received. For example say you bought an Xbox from them and it’s not received they won’t be able to provide any tracking number or POD image.

I'd imagine we're surfacing some issues to some of their payment providers that they didn't know about too (i.e. didn't know this was all going on and their infrastructure was being used for this)
