A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Been a while since i posted here as it was getting a bit toxic but got the final ombudsman decision earlier, sided with Chase. The short summary of it is it's my responsibility in terms of MCC to identify it, even though i don't have the tools, the bank does. As for Chase once the money leaves the account it's no longer their problem. Honesty in these situations will absolutely be used against you, i'd recommend bending the truth and going goods not received etc as being open and honest has absolutely been a factor in Goldenbet getting away with it. Systems rigged for these fraudsters to profit.

I'll probably check in every once in a while to see if anyone got their money back from the Nikotpf merchants but i'm pretty much done here, and with online gambling altogether, this has genuinely put me off gambling.

As for Chase, i'd recommend anyone who has an account to close it, and anyone who's considering using Chase to avoid them like the plague, revolut aren't much better... Stick to high street banks

What's the easiest casino/merchant to deposit too and chargeback? I lost bunch of money and can't get it refunded but I want to hit them back?

There isn't, these sketchy casinos and merchants are constantly evolving to make their scam harder to detect for banks, the banks and ombudsman by extension are ill equipped to deal with them due to the sheer number of different sites and merchants they use

i agree with Dave. Deposit to one of these sites, wager a little then withdraw your deposit and chargeback the deposit! We can fight back

the more likely outcome would be losing your money, not being able to chargeback and ending up back on here asking for merchant emails, your best move is to honestly avoid these sketchy casinos altogether

You can't because when you pay by card they seem to vary who they use. Unless you can guarantee it's DSOLPAY you're running a very risky game - and still would be anyway. Best option is to stay as far away from them as possible

Does nobody worry about legal action being taken against them from these merchants or from the casinos themselves? Has this happened to anyone?

Btw you need to raise the disputed as goods not received, going down the MCC/Unlicensed gambling route does not work. If you have any transactions you have not raised or are able to re open the disputes then do so. But yes, avoiding these shady casinos and gambling as a whole is the best course of action.
