I have a load of transactions which just say E as the merchant. When I dig deeper some are dsolpay but some are exotrx and Inpics. I know that the dsolpay one are support@swipez.eu, but are the other two likely to be them also or someone different?

I played at Jacktop... they have refunded all deposits I made via NIKOTPF but some transactions were CSCANNERR and DOTASCANNER... you only had deposits with NIKOTPF?

I am looking for someone that can help me out, i have HUGE losses


It is to late to do disputes with the payment provider as it is over 90 days ago

Total losses +- € 3.6 million

Payments are done trough credit cards and bank accounts


I already did 1 case with a lawyer on 1 casino, and got back 480k

But it is only a small ammount of the total loss


He cant help me with the other casinos because, these casinos, are not in the country he operates he sais.


(this message is real and legit, i can prove it, as i was in the news on many casino news sites)


If you are having any good idea to get back money let me know, i am willing to give you, like 10% over all money that i get back (we can officially make a signed contract)

I tell you what was a massive coincidence!

Revolut told me to open a fraud case with Action Fraud about Falcora Finance, saying once I do that they would try return my funds under new AAP rules.

Then just before 35 days I get a message from Revolut saying they are denying my AAP refund because the gambling site has a good score on trustpilot so must be legitimate lmao....

You never guess what though, exactly 1-2 hours after Revolutes final answer I get a message from Action Fraud saying its a civil matter and there's nothing they can do to help me.

Seems like Action Fraud told Revolut of there decision before me, are they in bed together two. Thought that was 1 hell of a coincidence 🤨😆

Please note that I can only consider if Revolut treated you fairly when considering your chargeback claim. Chargebacks are not an automatic right and we could only say a business has acted unfairly if they were incorrect in not raising a chargeback because it had a prospect of success. For the reasons, I've explained below I can't see that they have treated you unfairly as the reasons you raised with Revolut and information you supplied were insufficient for them to have a reasonable prospect of success. 

 

The comments you've raised regarding the legality of the gambling sites would be a matter for the police or the gambling commission and therefore not something our service can comment on.

 

I'm sorry that this is not the answer you had hoped for.
