Perhaps I can help, but I am unsure about the person you are referring to. In my opinion, it was the second option, though. In the last few weeks, some users from this thread asked for the account closure.

Our website has no specific description shown in the profile for accounts being closed per user request. Looks same as ban. 🙁

Hi Radka yes I would say so a lot once they get the money back leave the forum or if it gets too much on top of their lives they leave etc but this guy helped a lot with advice he was good sad to see him go but it happens I think he has made 3 profiles and closed them people can also come back after a relapse

That's very likely. I can imagine it must be exhausting, especially if one is trying to stay away from casinos; it's perfectly understandable to draw a line eventually. Would be nice to see them back in their best shape!

I wish you all peace of mind and, at the very least, some comfort.

6 have now been refunded

89 that were rejected to take to Ombudsman

I won't stop until I've every £1 back, and these scum bags lose Visa and Mastercard as payments for their shitty scam sites.

The only way banks like Revolut, Starling, monzo etc will do something is if they are put under pressure. Focus should be on getting journos to write articles on this in the mainstream, political pressure. Until then these ebanks can do what they like and many are affiliated with some of these scam casinos and payment processors(Revolut are for sure).

and I had notifications on a block of 9 this morning saying (they have obviously supplied shady invoices, proof of purchase)

Dispute sent back to the merchant

We reviewed the merchant's response and have decided to challenge it We've replied to the merchant and are now waiting for their response. This step can take from 10 days up to 40

Goods not received is easy to chargeback when using visa mastercard. It's the bank transfers that need attention.

Received an email from fos I've been assigned an investigator but she is asking for so much literally everything and I'm at the point of not doing it as it's so time consuming And I dont believe t will make a damn slight difference, I'm already accepting the fact I won't get money back.


Has anyone used a no win no fee lawyer or any kind of lawyer?

Long time lurker of this forum. Wanted to join to give you my story and where i am with everything. Spend about £100k in the last 12 months. £30k before October when i raised it with my bank who refused to do anything, since then spent another £70k so i've complained again to my bank about the lack of safeguarding checks they put in place and how they had done nothing since my correspondence with them back in September. I should have a good case.


I have managed to find the email addresses for DNS, SIKCNTVK, ONLINDG*B, ONLINED*DG ONLNDG*BB, ONLNDGDMND - None have responded yet. ONLIN* ones are the same company and are currently in voluntary strike off with Companies House so if i don't receive a refund within the agreed timeframe i will raise an objection with Companies House.


I have had a successful refund from rippletheme and it is looking promising for some others too. (Total refund to date is £1k and another £5k in progress).


Falcora Finance have responded to me and have said the bank will need to raise a claim so that at least is looking promising too.


Having said all that, tracking and managing all emails, complaints, where everything is, is exhausting so i'm looking at building a CRM to compile all data i can into a single place, allowing anyone who uses it to have a single place where all your data is managed. With the idea that the CRM will email out to the casinos and / or merchants and responses go back to your CRM so you have an easy way of exporting the information you need for the Bank or the FOS.

Would anyone be interested? Think resolver.co.uk but for compiling a dossier for everything we're all dealing with including details for each merchant where I've got it or you guys can contribute to?

I'm in exactly the same boat as you, with the same people.


Mines just going to the actual Ombudsman now.


I'll keep you posted as to my progress. I'll have another complaint going in soon, so I need success in the first one!
