Unfortunately there is no short cut. Go back to the beginning of the thread. You will find templates around page 6 if I remember correctly. Also who you bank with and the way you raise the chargeback is important as some banks are harder than others

If she sorts it out can you forward it on hun plz as I did ask for it before a while back when she posted about it previously and she never got around to sending it ,maybe she didn't see the post .I am getting to my witts end with destream so if anyone gets the info then it would be helpful if we could share with each other as quite a few peeps have asked for it to be sent to them and it's easily missed 😊

I shall do thank you. My Bank is Halifax. Live support was a constant loophole although they did keep referring me to the fraud team to call as they understood my concerns.

I recently reported cardaq to fda and raised a case with ombudsman. I had payments to Osh Casino that appeared on my bank statement as Emporium Cs and processed through cardaq . Cardaq do not respond and their emails bounced back along with their number not working. Emporium cs did not respond and osh casino refused to engage

What did the FCA respond to you? When I first raised this they told me to complain to the company which I did and never received any response, they then said to lodge a complaint officially and I never got round to it. I'd love to know what came of yours.

They basically responded stating they would monitor the situation and take action if needed but they couldn't share their findings with me as it all internal. They advised I contact ombudsman

Please double check who your sending emails too ,You must have read the post to get one you sent me .Word of advice also you will get no where sending emails with content like that .Also common courtesy goes a long way

Not really mate, they will just say you received the funds and played the funds etc nothing they can do.

Yep at 3.3am this morning I replied back telling her that the email she had sent was to the group for people who had issues with Santeda. No response to apologise or say thanks .but I guess that's maybe just me expecting people to show a bit of common courtesy. But even on here no politeness either 😕

It looks like she is new and maybe struggling with templates and how to address these merchants hopefully we can help her ,but she must do some research also or ask on here for advice so people can help as I think many of those emails are mainly people from forum

Yeh agree it's hard to wrap your head around it a first. If your not researching or reading through this forum, spending time with how you're going to position it, then of course you wont fully understand the correct protocol. In that case it becomes trial and error. But you don't want to be making too many errors at the same time. It's a stressful task but once you get fully into it, it becomes a little more fun 🫣
