A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Cheers mate.. revolut have now raised my chargeback with artstrid -goods/services not received. So at least over the first hurdle. According to previous posts I've seen artstrid will likely challenge the dispute but at the end of the day I didn't receive anything (digital art) in return for my payments. Nothing was sent to my email address to confirm purchases ie booking id/ reference etc. I dont even own a wallet to send all this too. So if they can't provide proof of this, you'd think the chargeback would be successful. Is there anything else you'd recommend carrying out against this mob, I'm seeing stuff about a gdpr? Tbh I'm not familiar with this but sounds like it helps supports the chargeback

Would like to add tracking the merchants for GoldenBet/Donbet or any Santeda International website is damn near impossible may i add, they are most likely through Elegro but they won't even entertain the idea of investigating unless it's raised by your bank. As for directly contacting them, i'm pretty certain they (Santeda) just set up new merchants periodically, as i've seen a multitude of NikoTPF merchants mentioned alone, let alone Falcora finance etc being linked to them. I tried asking for details of the merchants from them and they flat out refused saying they couldn't release that information. Pretty weird they won't release the 'merchant details considering they passed my details to them without my knowledge, and they're the ones i transacted with ultimately. I even asked Chase for details on the merchant and they said there's not much information there at all, infact, the only thing they could give me was the MCC and the ARN reference number.

Elegro will just send you the same template email saying to raise it with the bank, unless someone like a financial institution or someone with some kind of authority asks questions, they seem to not care.

Over the past year, despite signing up to GamStop and trying to see if the gambling freeze on my debit card worked (it didn’t) I’ve made numerous transactions via debit card, credit card and bank transfer to Goldenbet and Donbet (£700 alone in less than an hour last night - no win)

I’ve saw on threads about chargebacks, complaining to the casinos and a lot of people getting amazing results.

I rang my bank (Bank of Scotland) last year to advise I was vulnerable following family bereavement, health issues and my only income was long term disability benefits (which they could see) - but they told be to contact GamStop which I had done.

Sorry if I’m being really naive here but I honestly don’t know where to begin and have got a year’s worth of payments to random named companies nothing to do with gambling and Falcora Finance, to two casinos based in Curacao.

Any help or guidance would be appreciated so much.

Hello, I believe this thread and extremely helpful sort of players being active in this thread might be what you seek. It was originally started by a guy who noticed using incorret merchant codes on his transactions list. These transactions have been casino deposits.

Chargebacks have become a major subtopic, and since there are many kind players from the UK here, I hope you will find support and good advice. You may also start reading through the thread—yes, it is a lot of reading.

Maybe someone else will supply helpful page numbers to start with.

Mail sent to goldnboost 3 days ago. No communications from them. I mentioned just the amount and date. No card details, no nothing. 10 minutes ago i had to transfer some money from Revolut and there are two upcoming payment from Goldnboost by the 29.01. If it helps, these transactions were made a long time ago - April 2024.

Hi guys, I have elegro (Finnart and Piexleum) on my transactions from start of September which is now passed the 120 days for Mastercard chargeback, wish I knew that was the limit.

i did put my delivery date down as 30th September which is within 120 days. But my bank is saying it’s 120 days from the transaction date, do you have any ideas how I can still get these charged back ?

That is the issue going goods not received likely to win but having to raise multiple times, however as its digital art say you collect it and that’s why you made so many, you thought they were a reputable company but nothing came through.

Gutted for you, I was always under the impression it was from date of delivery as how would you know goods were not going to be received.

Check my previous notes about GDPR I just constantly emailed merchants with police copied in etc may have played a part in none of mine being challenged.

Hello Paul, do you think it’s worth only raising chargebacks for the larger transactions? I’ve got quite a lot of transactions c some in the hundreds, some only 20,30 pound.

thinking if I do to many, it might be voided or something ? So maybe I only do the large ones?

I know they will just reply back saying you got your game play etc etc the only way to beat them is the chargebacks
