Ich habe in der Vergangenheit welche gesehen, die die gleiche Antwort bekamen. Als sie dann Ausweise usw. bekamen, sagten sie einfach, dass die Leute die Transaktionen selbst bestätigt hätten und ignorierten sie dann völlig.


Geben Sie ihnen also überhaupt nichts.

Yes I just did it by email followed on to the case ref but you could ring as long as you get the same person dealing with it otherwise you will get some clown saying gambling is not covered !

You will get it if they do not reply just keep chasing them if they ignore dont call when they do your final payouts mention it and you get the money right away

Well thats how mine worked when they called I said i had been chasing for weeks with no reply to all the ones missed if they reply then its easier I was probs being blanked due to the amounts involved
