I followed the business listed on payment and some lines of military camp in Switzerland. I emailed them they knew nothing about and were concerned that there business was being used by criminals. The majority are false mate. I have had responses saying they know nothing about me nor any payment - this is the fraud. I don't understand why legitimate Curacao casinos do not just say crypto only for UK(and other countries where the laws are similar). They must know that they are essentially voiding these transactions by doing this.
Oh I don’t know I got in-touch with two who by companies house were businesses about to go under but suddenly viable, so it seems in on the action. Funny thing is one is banking with the same bank as me so when I have provided emails etc although no real details were shared he is definitely being investigated for more as they have me twice for more information.
I’m saying check statement for business address then find the business the address belongs to, contact them and you are likely to find their address is being used as a front
I charged chargeback against wintermads and they are pushing to go against it, hopefully I win this one. I’ve recently had a full refund from lunu.io and I’ve reached out to finnart and pixeleum, I’ve been on this forum since near the start so if anyone needs help with what to say/ the chargeback process let me know. I’ve been successful on about 3 chargebacks so far

my bank provides address phone June most of which are fake but contacting the real companies behind addresses futher adds to fraud claim

There isn't any advantage they have if you are in the UK - the law and Mastercard/VISA T&C's dictates that. It is getting the banks to challenge it correctly that is the problem. None of these transactions are valid in any way shape or form. I hope they are reading...
