Question about chargeback. I’m with Revolut but am struggling with what to choose from the options, maybe I am overthinking it but I have 34 transactions with Consultitans who I have tried to contact without success and the emails are now undeliverable.

I did try I was a victim of a scam with a previous processor, but they declined as there was 2 factor authentication.

do I choose " I have an issue with goods and service"?

then what do I say as a clear explanation of what was purchased, expected delivery date etc…

Guys, what do you think?

Im considering filing chargebacks against 2 more merchants on Revolut. Within the past week I’ve already filed 3, and all of them were successful with refunds issued. Do you think this is too much in such a short time?


My overall chargeback history isn’t that heavy from 2023 to 2026 I’ve had maybe around 10 in total. Also, Revolut isn’t even my main bank, and I haven’t really done this with my primary bank at all.


I’ve always tried to avoid chargebacks and usually managed to resolve things directly with the payment provider or the merchant. But with these last 2 merchants, I’ve been chasing them for way too long without any results.


Just these final 2, and then I’ll have all my money back and can finally be done with this whole thing 🥲

Hi all,

I've been lurking on this page for 4 days read most of them.

So I have two main companies I'm trying to get money back from Pixelpay solutions and Clarfinsupport.com

I am with Halifax who are not interested whatsoever ( I have been honest about the gambling issue ) their response is basically you got what you paid for, I have the MCC codes which are unrelated to gambling ( IT, Clothing etc ) none of them are 7995 MCC codes, has anybody had any luck with Halifax?

I have emailed pixelpay solutions numerous times as well as Clarfinsupport with no responses, I did manage to speak to someone on the phone from Pixelpay who was very hesistant when I asked if this was Pixelpay I was talking to and said I would be refunded today and to send an email, to which I replied I had sent 10 to no response and she said it will be sorted today, despite taking no name, transaction details, amounts or anything.


Halifax line is you got what you paid for, I said I want to raise the chargebacks under misrepresentation, but they are not interested despite admitting they have been processed completely incorrectly


In total its about £1000 but don't seem to be getting anywhere with merchants or Halifax

Is it a Mastercard or Visa debit or credit card?


Do you have a gambling block turned on so you can't gamble?


Credit card; automatic chargeback as gambling using credit cards is illegal in UK.


Visa Debit Card; if you have a gambling block on your card, these transactions fulfill the criteria for a 12.7 chargeback.


Mastercard Debit Card; You're screwed unless you can find a sympathetic member of staff on your banks dispute team.


If your bank don't comply and raise a chargeback, make a complaint and then take it to the Ombudsman.


There's a metric fuckton of info in this thread, but it's incredibly fragmented. There's no TLDR so you'll need to piece it all together yourself.

id be very careful and consider maybe being honest with your bank and doing the mcc invalid data etc as I did the goods not received route and have since had 2 bank accounts closed with immediate effect, have dsar cifas to see if I now have a marker

ah I was honest with the first bank and was absolute no go with Mastercard chargeback - visa are much better
