I received an email from cnb a while ago but I filed with the ombudsman in Czechia after as a result, they responded this morning. I’ve sent both emails and attachments as part of my dispute and filed an action fraud case alongside.

Any descriptor appearing on your card statement is assigned by the card acquiring bank or card payment processor, not by NBCgate.
Given the above, we recommend that you contact your bank directly and request clarification on:
the actual acquiring bank or card processor used for these transactions,
the merchant entity legally registered as the card acceptor,
and the merchant identification number (MID) associated with the charges.
These details will allow you to correctly identify the party that processed the card payments and pursue the appropriate chargeback, investigation, or regulatory complaint.
If bank or another financial institution provides documentation explicitly indicating NBCgate as a card acquirer or card payment processor for these transactions, please forward such evidence for further review. At this time, no such relationship exists.
We take compliance, regulatory obligations, and lawful operations very seriously and are fully cooperative with legitimate inquiries. However, we must stress that NBCgate is not the appropriate counterparty for card-related disputes, refunds, or gambling-related card transaction investigations.
