I have contacted other payment providers but they are either unresponsive or refuse to cooperate.

Wordline, which operates Paymentiq (Bambora), processes the most payments, but they say they can't refund them. The same goes for Taslink (Paylink.ua) and Qostiq.

Justipay also processes many of them but does not respond.

In reality, all payment providers can issue refunds by contacting the merchant. If they deny the refund, it's because they don't want any problems.

The only providers that refund are those regulated by the FCA, as they are at high risk if they receive complaints about these things since they handle payments for illegal casinos.

In realtà tutti i provider di pagamento possono rimborsare contattando il commerciante. Se negano il rimborso è perché non vogliono problemi.

Gli unici provider che rimborsano sono quelli regolamentati dalla FCA poiché rischiano tanto se ricevono reclami per queste cose dato che gestiscono pagamenti per casinò illegali.
