Yes I just kept sending my complaint and repeating myself constantly. There's no point in asking questions as they just send generic emails back. Every email I send I always copy the payment processor in it too so both sides can see all communication

You must write an appeal. If the seller presents factual evidence, you can appeal it. Visa/Mastercard will decide who is right.
