Slotuna Casino - Der Spieler behauptet, dass sich die Auszahlung verzögert.

On September 24, 2025, I requested my first withdrawal of €500.00. The following day, I requested a second withdrawal of €500.00, and on September 26, 2025, I requested a third withdrawal of €500.00, for a total of €1,500.00.

To date, the first withdrawal has not been processed. My account, as indicated under "verification," does not require verification (I've attached a screenshot).

The chat responses are all formulaic and evasive, telling me to be patient and that the money will arrive sooner or later. They don't even reply to my emails. We're talking about a 14-day wait without any news from them. The withdrawal methods are the same ones used for the deposit, using a card in my name. This is all incredible.

Ad oggi il primo prelievo ancora non è stato elaborato. Il mio account, come espresso sulla voce "verifica", non richiede verifica (allego screenshot).

Le risposte via chat sono tutte preimpostate ed evasive, dicendo di avere pazienza e che i soldi prima o poi arriveranno. Alle email che ho mandato neanche rispondono. Qui parliamo di 14 giorni di attesa senza avere nessuna novità da parte loro. I metodi di prelievo sono gli stessi usati per il deposito, utilizzando una carta intestata a me. Tutto questo è incredibile.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
