Locowin Casino - Die Auszahlung des Spielers verzögert sich aufgrund von Verifizierungsproblemen.

I've been trying for a few days to resolve the issue with the address verification on my LocoWin account, and all they keep doing is rejecting my bank statements that contain my new address and ID number. It's not that complicated... but they keep rejecting it, and just today I won a €7,000 prize. It doesn't seem fair that I can't even enjoy the money when I'm lucky enough to win something like this. I don't know if anyone here can help me, but I'm going to be stuck like this for two weeks now, with money I want to withdraw that I can't because of the KYC verification.

Llevo unos días intentando solucionar el problema con la verificación de domicilio de mi cuenta de locowin, y solo hacen que rechazar y rechazar mis extractos bancarios que contienen mi nueva dirección y mi dni, no es muy complicado.. .pues nada ellos lo rechazan y justamente hoy e ganado un premio de 7000 euros y no me parece justo que para una vez que tengo suerte con un premio así no pueda ni disfrutar del dinero, nose si alguien aquí puede ayudarme pero son 2 semanas las que voy a hacer ya así con dinero que quiero retirar y no puedo por la verificación kyc
