I won the amount of €750 and when I went to withdraw it by bank transfer and saw that the amount of €750 was available for withdrawal, it threw me out and suddenly the amount that was available for withdrawal disappeared and only the withheld tax from my winnings remained visible.

Since yesterday I've been waiting for the money to be returned to my account so I can withdraw it.

They don't give me any answer other than that there is a technical issue.

While yesterday they told me that the issue would be resolved by the end of yesterday's day and today nothing has changed.

When I contact customer service by phone, they have no answer for me.

They don't even have safety locks in cases like this.

It's like they stole it from me and they're not giving me any answers.

I really need your help to get the amount I won legally, please, and my company has made it disappear.

Κερδισα το ποσο των 750€ και οταν πηγα να το κανω αναληψη με bank transfer και ενω ειδα οτι το ποσο των 750 ηταν διαθεσιμο για αναληψη,με πεταξε εξω και ξαφνικα το ποσο που ηταν διαθεσιμο για αναληψη εξαφανιστηκε και εμεινε εμφανες μονο ο παρακρατουμενος φορος απο το κερδο μου

Απο χθες ενω περιμενω να μου επιστρεψουν τα χρηματα στο λογαριασμο για να τα κανω αναληψη

Δεν μου δινουν καμια απαντηση εκτος απο το οτι υπαρχει τεχνικο ζητημα

Ενω εχθες μου ανεφεραν οτι το ζητημα θα επιλυθει μεχρι το τελος την χθεσινης μερας και σημερα δεν εχει αλλαξει τπτ

Καθως επικοινωνω τηλεφωνικα με την εξυπηρετηση πελατων δεν εχουν να μου δωσουν καμια απαντηση

Ουτε καν εχουν δικλειδα ασφαλειας σε τετοιες περιπτωσεις

Ειναι σαν να μου τα εχουν κλεψει και δεν μου δινουν καμια απαντηση

Παρακαλω πολυ την βοηθεια σας για να παρω το ποσο που κερδισα νομιμα παρακαλω και η εταιρεια μου το εξαφανισε
