Ich verstehe nicht, wie man so ungeduldig sein kann. Es dauert halt mal bis alles ausgewertet ist und sind ja jetzt keine zwei Monate vergangen. Du wirst deinen Gutschein schon erhalten. Hab doch ein wenig Geduld bitte. Bei Pragmatic arbeiten auch nur Menschen. Du wirst es nicht beschleunigen , in dem du alle drei Tage nachfragst. Das kann ich dir sagen 🙂 , schönen Tag
In der Email stand alles exakt drin, was man machen muss. Sogar in deiner Landessprache. Einfach bitte lesen und dann passt doch alles 🙂.
