I deposited 800 GBP into my account at Cosmobet. After reviewing my account, the casino informed me that my winnings were confiscated due to an alleged violation of their Terms and Conditions (sections 9 and 12).

I understand that they decided to remove the winnings, but they also informed me that I can only withdraw my last deposit minus 20%.

The 800 GBP deposited was my personal money, not winnings. I believe that confiscating part of my deposit is unfair and unjustified.

I requested the return of my full deposit of 800 GBP, but the casino insists on deducting 20%.

I am asking for assistance to recover my full deposit.

If you do not mind a question, what in particular is stated in rules 9 and 12? I concluded it is related to sportsbetting, but that's basically all I gathered.

Do you know more, perhaps?

Carefully read the following policy describing the refund practices for Cosmobet.


-Make sure you understand our terms and conditions.


-Refund is not available if the alleged deposit and bonuses have been played using the Services


-A refund request will only be considered if it is requested within the first fourteen (14) days of the alleged transaction, or within thirty (30) calendar days if a Player alleges that another individual has accessed his/her Player Account.


 -In accordance with law, our users are obliged to present any certified identification within twenty-eight (28) days, according to the demand of cosmobet . If such documentation is not provided within twenty-eight (28) days of our request, all the user funds will be canceled, while the account - closed. This kind of a decision  is not subject to appeal.


 -All the users should be playing in a fair manner, meaning, they should not impact the result of a game using computer aids or other methods.


-All costs that may occur upon refund procedure are on the player. These costs may include at the sole discretion of the Company the administrative fee in amount of 20% and any and all fees accrued during the processing of the refund.

Hello, I understand you consider a refund as a solution, but from a different perspective, casino rules make sense, because otherwise it would be very close to freerolling. We at Casino Guru specialize in resolving such disputes; however, sports betting must not be involved and we are not a fund recovery system.

So, in light of all this, since neither of us knows what has happened, may I repeat my main question, please?

I am submitting this complaint regarding the actions taken by CosmoBet against my account.

I deposited money into my account and used the platform in good faith, following the rules. After some time, my account was suddenly restricted and later closed by the casino.

CosmoBet informed me by email that my account allegedly violated sections 9 and 12 of their Terms and Conditions. However, they did not provide any specific explanation or evidence regarding the supposed violation.

The casino confiscated my winnings and informed me that I could only withdraw my last deposit minus 20%. I believe this decision is unfair and unjustified.

I did not intentionally violate any rules and I believe the casino’s decision is incorrect. I kindly request that this case be reviewed independently and that CosmoBet return the funds that were taken from my account.

I hope for a fair resolution and thank you for your assistance.
