I was lucky enough to win many times, and gather around $5k.
Now I can not cash out because it seems like Evo don't like seeing me wining a few times.

Unfortunately you can't do much at this point. You need to wait until the casino receives additional information from Evolution. I just advise you to ask the casino about an update let's say 1-2x a week to make sure that you'll get the updated info as soon as they receive it from Evolution.

I'm quite sure that the responsibility lies on the side of the casino. The game provider just simply provides the games. You should better turn to the commission authority. Fairspin operates under the Curacao license, so if needed you should report to this gaming authority.
Anyway, for how long is your gaming session being checked?
The Evolution Gaming doesn't decide about not paying out the winnings. They just give their statement to the casino, but the casino is the one who decides.

Well, I won't pretend, I understand why so many players are pissed off by Curacao-licensed casinos.
One should preferably stick with his/her own licensing jurisdiction-allowed casinos. AT- licensed for players from Austria for instance. 🙏

aber die MGA-Lizenz - sie haben nicht einmal versucht zu helfen, sie haben nur noch nicht auf die Beschwerde reagiert. Obwohl MADRE auf meiner Seite war, weigerte sich das Casino immer noch, seine Schuld zuzugeben und zu bezahlen.
