Allow me to explain that we value and get players' opinions into consideration, but we can't rate any casino only by such feedback. So we set a user review rating feature, where every player can share their experiences.
It's because not every player can be fully satisfied but it does not necessarily mean that the casino is ultimately bad. Honestly, most players are not satisfied because they simply lose or did not win from some bonus and eventually broke some rule.
As you know, we allow players to submit complaints in order to protect them and investigate what went wrong.
If we find that the casino acted against fair gambling, we can reward this casino with black points and even lower the rating in case the problem is more serious or affected a lot of players.
So obviously, user reviews can't be treated with such attention, hence we keep those information visible, but separated.

I noticed there are alot of fake accounts receiving likes and placing reviews.

Probably there are alot more accounts since they have over 300+ likes and placed multiple reviews on casinos.

Well, that's part of the user reviews, meaning user feedback. We all have certain suspicions; that's why it has been decided that user ratings will never be part of the Safety Index. We are never 100% certain about honesty.
I'm uncertain about your definition of "fake profiles," but it appears that you believe the related user reviews lack impartiality. We fight that battle every day, yet until we have bulletproof evidence, which is not collected solely based on activity you as a user may find, we reject or delete the content.
I'm afraid I can't ban accounts with the explanation, "noviesol said your account was fake."
At the beginning of 2025, we were a testing ground for AI bots - reviews included.
This is the world we live in. Promotions and cut deals...
I briefly checked the profiles and the reviews are diverse, with no similar patterns aside from the portion of likes. For me, not enough at this point.
We have plenty of passive readers who only express themselves through user reviews.
