I think it's nearly impossible to add any info about a withdrawal time, because it can be an hour for a verified player who withdraws back to Skrill and it can be few weeks for a player from the US who isn't verified and who has to receive the winnings through wired transfer.
Regarding the minimum deposit - when your scroll down on the casino review, you should see info about min. deposit for every payment method available in the casino. Example attached:

It is very great that you proved your words with a screenshot. I like that you can have different alternatives to how you can withdraw the money you won in a casino. I am playing on a Malaysian casino, that has similar possibilities of withdrawing money, the only difference is that the minimal withdrawing is a little bit higher, but this is not a problem for regular casino players. On this website, people usually play slots and other casino games, where the winning is full of random and you are winning a lot of money, or you are losing all of your money, this is why it is important to know when to stop.
