It's set up alot like Fortune Coins. Different groups casino though. Has some of the new games that are out. Nice couple SCs to start off with. Plus they do a daily dollar. Though I wasn't able to cashout yet, I will be returning to play. I will work it into my daily rotation until I feel as though it's a bust. When/If that happens I'll make sure to come back and update with the situation. Because it'll have to be a situation, I love Fortune Coins. Zulu will be welcomed.

Hi, I think the best thing to do is to ask the casino and therefore the support if some alternative to the document they need can be used. However, you will first need to complete the verification before you can withdraw. So will you be able to update us on whether you have managed to complete it or what stage you are at ?

I've been playing here for a year or so now. Game providers are mostly the same as you'll see anywhere else online. They post 1SC every night at 9pm EST for a person to play with. I've taken that daily up to over 200. So there is winning happening here. The offers could be so much better. Playing at other sites and seeing how they offer 25%-50% increase with coupons through email or what-have-you, I'm sure they could do the same. Their promotions are cookie cutter to be fair. While the uniqueness surely isn't there (seeing how it's a basic site on the scale of online casinos) that's no surprise.


All in all, I have added it to my daily rotation. Cash outs are the same verification through ID, utility bill and bank statement. Just like every other place. There's no crypto which I feel like should be stepped up in all casinos that have yet to offer crypto as an option.

Last night to collect the daily. I played some but it's hard to make a dollar out of 15 cents. Lol. They're not closed. Just check the site and you'll see. It's a good place but they could make some changes in the layout that would go a long ways I feel like. 🤷🏻‍♂️🙂

I am submitting this complaint regarding a highly unfair and unacceptable experience with this casino, which resulted in the confiscation of my fully wagered and legitimately obtained winnings.

April 14, 2026 (~20:45): I made my first deposit of €80 and activated a First Deposit Sports Bonus.

I proceeded to complete the wagering requirements over several hours, placing bets on major, legitimate international sports leagues.

Throughout the entire wagering process, I was in continuous contact with live support, repeatedly verifying that my actions were fully compliant with the bonus terms.

After successfully completing the wagering, I requested a withdrawal.

April 16, 2026: My withdrawal was canceled, and €920 in winnings was removed, citing an alleged breach of maximum bet rules.


Key Issues and Arguments:

Clear Misinformation in Bonus Interface

In the bonus details displayed directly in my account, it clearly stated:

"Maximum stake for wager: No limit"

I relied on this explicit information when placing my bets. This is a critical point — the interface provided by the casino directly contradicted the explanation later used to confiscate my winnings.


Active and Repeated Verification with Live Support

Due to previous negative experiences with other casinos, I took extra precautions in this case. I:

Contacted live support multiple times during the wagering process

Verified that my bets were valid and compliant

Actively ensured I was not violating any rules

At no point did any support agent inform me of a maximum stake restriction. I acted in full good faith, relying both on the interface and on direct confirmations from support.


System Allowed and Counted All Bets

All my bets were accepted without restriction

All bets were counted towards the wagering requirement

No warnings, blocks, or limitations were applied at any stage

If my bets were truly invalid, the system should have prevented or rejected them immediately, not allowed me to continue and only penalize me after I had completed wagering and accumulated winnings.


Retroactive Enforcement is Unacceptable

The casino only enforced this alleged rule after I completed the entire wagering process and requested withdrawal.

Are not enforced in real time

Lack of system enforcement

Retroactive and unfair confiscation of winnings

As a fair resolution, I request:

Full reinstatement of my €920 winnings

At the very least, if the casino acknowledges an error in displaying "No limit," the fair approach would be to restore the winnings to the bonus balance, not confiscate them entirely.


Conclusion:

I made every possible effort to comply with the rules:

I verified my actions repeatedly with live support

I followed the information displayed in the bonus interface

I completed the wagering in full

Despite this, my winnings were confiscated after the fact for a reason that was never properly communicated or enforced.

This behavior is highly concerning and reflects extremely poor and unfair practice.
