This casino is claiming to be licensed and regulated when they are not!! All advertising material I have received from this casino says that they are licensed and regulated. After playing with them and having serious game issues for over 24 hours I requested the return of funds as they have misrepresented their service and haven’t supplied the service for what I have paid for. I reported game issues for a number of reasons, the games were timing out and if I started winning a little or getting a feature the game would shut down and then there would be an internal error message or fatal error message and then I couldn’t access the game again. This was reported a number of times and nothing was done about it. They have since blocked my account and the customer service have now responded to me that they are only a call centre when I questioned the validity of the casino. My account has never been through the KYC procedure and now my emails are being ignored. Big warning to stay away from this casino. I will be contacting my bank as I have enough evidence to show they haven’t supplied a service I’ve paid for and they have misrepresented their service.

sorry for your trouble. According to our review, the casino is not licensed, so sadly, there is actually no authority you can ask for help.
I understand that what you described must have been very unpleasant, did you try to contact the game provider instead? Not sure whether those issues occurred on multiple games or not, but it's sometimes worth a try.
