I think that because of the verification process. It looks like they delay everything as much as they can. Rejecting documents then not contacting about that, even if the document was fine imo.

Normal casinos verify your account and then withdraw funds. They belong in trash

yes they delayed my withdrawals for so long. they paid me but delayed it for 40-45 days.

there are so many casinos with much better quality and fast withdrawals so i would not recommend this casino.

Hey, well I think that in such cases it is necessary to read the Terms and conditions very well, where it is clearly written that always such things as payment methods or personal info and the like should be used only in your own name and not in someone else's. The casino is not liable for breaking the rules and although I believe you are angry, I hope this will be a lesson for the future because in every casino it will be a violation of the rules and the casino does not take every deposit. But when it comes to verification or withdrawal, that's when things like this are often investigated. 

So what I would say is, watch out for the next time at any casino.

Exactly the same here.

deposited 60zl. Won 1,500zl. Not a lot. Was nearly 2 weeks to complete KYC due to stupid documents that don’t exist. Now it’s been 10 days and pay out complete, 6 days and nothing in my bank account, even tho it has disappeared from my account.


I do think this page is a complete joke and I highly recommend everyone not to play with them at all.

May I ask which payment method you used?

It is way too long to wait for the payout, I believe, so if you don't receive the money by Monday, maybe it would be good to file a complaint. 🤔

then I added my bank account. All have been processed and still nothing my end.

I asked them for confirmation and they said the department will email me it asap. It’s been over 24 hours and still nothing email.

Many casinos stick with free weekends for back office workers; hence, I would give it a few more working days since it appears you're currently waiting for an email from them. If the casino fails to address your issue in the next few working days, I would recommend filling out the complaint, as Romi mentioned.
