Stay away from this casino at all costs. There are way better and honest ones out there. I am still waiting over 40 hours for a simple deposit transfer to be processed. Ever saying its everyone who is on a having an issue. What a mess. But yea stay away at all costs. I’ll write a better review when I have time. This casino needs to be shut down.

This casino treats loyal players disgustingly. Have a VIP program that they only move U up when they want and your never even flagged as a VIP. I always had to email for my monthly bonuses. So this month I rmay asking to get my bonuses a day earlier as my dad died and I'm going make a withdrawal this time to help with funeral costs I tell them this and they cancel my account. After depositing thousands here that's the way they treat me when my dad died. Worse casino out just big scam

Regarding the casino and the withdrawal, how long has the situation been going on that you have not been able to withdraw your funds ? Is this the first withdrawal ?

The closed my account permanently and said it won't be reopened wouldn't play this casino at all. They done it right before they had to pay my bonuses for the month which were always around $400 . When I told them I was going to withdrawal Thai month because if my dad's funeral they closed my account. In terms and conditions the bonus money is withdrawalable. What a shit casino

The first thing I didn't get is actually about the account closure. When did you ask for your account to be closed, and when should you receive the bonus in question, please?

Not that I'm thinking deeper about that - When did you make your last deposit?

As Nick explained: "Unfortunately, if you had no remaining balance on your casino account, they had the right to close it without any reason given." If your account remained unfunded for such a long time, this alone is a good reason for the account closure.

Now that's an unpleasant situation and I certainly wouldn't want to get into it myself. It's a pity in this case that you don't have any balance left in your account to prevent the casino from taking this step.
