Casinos closes account even when they say they can't, you can actually force a casino to ban you, do everything that is forbidden within the casino like opening multiple accounts from the same IP address (you could use temporary mails or different email services like tutanota or protonmail to spam accounts), I checked the casino and T&C are nowhere to be found, but most casinos got clauses stating harassing their staff could lead to a ban, so try that 😂 I wouldn't recommend doing such a thing but your financial and psychological well being are at stake, if they don't want to close your account you can try to force them to do so

Is there an option to just close the account instead of deleting it? Have you mentioned those financial problems since the moment you asked for the account to be deleted? You know a decent casino would ask you whether you feel vulnerable due to gambling issues. In such cases, closing the account should be a top priority to spare you any possible compulsive losses.
