They say to contact their support team. I contacted support team who said they can’t close it, they would send a request through. It didn’t get closed. I emailed 6 times and still not closed it. I stated I was a gambling addict and still kept it open

This is not good. When a player mentions the gambling problem, the casino should do its best to close the account. Have you checked the spam folder or promotions folder, please?

I guess you should submit a complaint about this, but the casino is unlicensed and the reputation is not the best, so I'm eager to see some development.
