i made 30 euro deposit while using a 200% bonus and i managed to wager the bonus and win 750 euros. then i made a withdrawal and two days later i got this email from the casino that my funds were confiscated, the email said that i can only have one bonus per person.
i do have only one account on this casino and i did not brake any rules on this casino.

Thats not even remotely possible that i have multiple accounts on this casino or that i have used multiple bonuses, because this was my first time on this site and i live alone in this household. My account is not verified on this site because they never asked me to do it. I hope this problem gets solved because 750 euros is a lot of money!
