I signed up for Slots Capital Casino online. No sooner did I put my card information in, my bank asked me if I just paid 26.50 to a clothing shop online. I said no and they froze my card. It makes me sick because it was the first time I decided to try it and now I feel compromised. They even asked for the last 4 of my social!

I think that you are undergoing the KYC now and you tried to use the card for withdrawal maybe the casino asked you to make a verification deposit - quite normal I must say. Am I correct, please?

What does this "the last 4 of my social" mean please? I'm not quite familiar with the US IDs.

ok,i cant seem to get any help on something with 2 casinos i play on.This one and sister Site Desert nights casino.Ive done live chat and email with no answers.So i made a video of What its doing and put on facebook for some help.When i dep i get same thing and in the Rules it only says (Kaboom) game is not alowed to be played.So i guess im Stupid or something.I tryed Explorer,firefox and crome as they said to do.Also told me to clear my cache ..I do all of this and Still nothing.Tomarrow im going to a friends house and login from his pc.I will see if its me or not.Its pissing me off,as i like this game Alot.Thiers about 12 games so far i have the same error message.Can u please watch and help me..I win a few hundred here from time to time and like meny games on thier..Hear is the link to facebook post..

Ok,I guess nobody can copy and paste my link and see what problem I'm having.Why dep if thiers games u can't play? Thx everyone for the heads up, I recently had a playthrough 60x in which I completed and max withdrawal was $180. But I have to make a $25 deposit first to verify my account which made absolutely no sense and therefore I've been hesitant about depositing until I gathered more info on this casino.


I will not be depositing anything with this casino and they can keep the $180 which I would've probably never received. There are many other better casinos then slots capital that actually value their customers.


We must do are part leaving negative remarks about bogus predatory casinos out to scam as many people as possible

Hello there.

If I was convinced the casino is acting unfairly, I would have submitted the complaint in the first place.

It is normal to deposit real money in order to withdraw money gained by playing with no deposit bonus, however, 25 bucks sounds too much to me. But is it called a "verification deposit" - it is not a predatory act. The casino must verify the payment option you prefer to use for the first time. That would not be necessary if you deposited first, but you didn't.


By the way, I'm amazed you managed to fulfill the 60x wagering. Excessively high amount if you ask me.


What is not entirely cool to me is when the casino wants you to deposit in order to start wagering the bonus money collected by playing with a no-deposit bonus. I don't like this version at all. It is called "play now - deposit later"

Have you ever heard about such bonuses?

I have actually heard of it but not in the term you used here. I have also used this method before and received a payout. But this casino seemed very familiar to SlotsVilla and VipCasinoRoyal in their responses so I decided to do some research first which I'm happy I did.


And thank you for the compliment, not to brag but high wagering requirements do not scare me lol I have a select few slots I bounce around from and can kind of read when they are hitting or not, it's not easy what so ever but I'm pretty persistent. My biggest feat was wagering $10 at 400x wagering. Yes you read correctly "400x" took less than a day.


But all in all this casino seems to shady to trust putting a deposit for payout so I'm very skeptical and probably will pass this one up.

I still can't comprehend "wagering $10 at 400x wagering" to be honest... As goes for trustworthiness and the deposit itself, well - who am I to advise you? I mean, if you are not fully convinced - sure, leave that be.

I have to say I would personally appreciate your further insights on other casinos too. If you ever find yourself in the mood, don't let us wait. 🙂

I will certainly sift through the list of casinos here and give my insight on their credibility from my past experiences. Even the ones I have played before discovering you guys.

I would like to give a heads up or add my input along with other players concerning online gamerooms. If I can help just one or two people (hopefully more) avoid the mistakes I've made with certain casinos I can live with that. Not making anyone aware at all would weigh on me heavily.


Also, I will be making positive responses on great services that other casinos have provided as well. Needless to say I've done my fair share joining and playing at many online casinos

This site is terrible. I deposited 7 times in 48 hours for a total of $730. I lost the first deposits and finally got my balance to $1300. I already sent in my documents and haven't received any push back. At 3 A.M after I hit a big win on Reels and Wheels I received the below email. They kicked me off as I was playing and will not pay me my balance. I asked for my $730 that I deposited back and they can keep my winnings, but they either don't answer or say they will look into it.


Here is the email I received, I have no idea what "profile" they are referring to as I haven't had any issues prior. If they don't want me on their site thats fine with me, but they can at least return the amount I put in. That's stealing in my opinion.

Thanks for agreeing with me. I hope they just give me my deposits back, they can keep the winnings. Adding a screenshot of their email. The below was sent to me mid game while I was actively playing. Right after I was locked out and they now won't respond.

This seems to be quite a clear case to me.

Casinos have right to close player's account anytime so I don't have an issue with it. On the other hand, they can't allow you to deposit money and play without giving you a real chance for winning.

First of all, if you submitted correct information about yourself during the registration process, it's casino's fault they didn't cross-check it with any database they use and didn't deny the access immediately.

Secondly, I believe the right approach isn't returning your deposits, but paying out the winnings. If they only returned the deposits, it would mean that you didn't have a real chance for winnings. If you didn't win, but you'd simply lost all your deposits, I assume they also wouldn't contact you proactively, offering your deposits back. If you lost, you wouldn't even know you couldn't even win.

What are going to be your next steps may I ask?
