I just went back to roaring21.. Its been awhile. I left because I couldn't win anything. I did win at casinomax 1.5 years ago. Now that brings up another subject. If you win at a casino and then you join a sister site and all you do is lose because they are owned and operated by the same management. Win on one lose on the other. Then you close the losing sister site and then you really start losing where you original won.
I re opened my account and i took a 400% bonus that was there...In fact it said I can use it 2x. well of course I lost as usual here but when I went back to the coupons page the 400% coupon was gone. I contacted chat and they said it was redeemed already and I replied and said there were 2x times of use. They said that was for new customers. So I said I came back don't I get a welcome bonus. I made 4 deposits all loses dead boring slots except for the first 400% bonus. That packed a winning punch. How's this? I went from $500 up to $1500 within the first hour. I couldn't continue to play then so I returned later that day and as usual the slots were dead lost again. so they can enhance your gameplay when they want to. Very unfair. I lost 435.00 this week and I am very close to my deposit limit here. So I won at Casinomax I will not win here, or Spinfinity or and of their sister sites. Another lesson learned

Casinos earn their money because players deposit and lose, in the long term casino always wins, because there is the house edge and the RTP. It's math and statistics in motion here.

Hi Zena5755, sorry to hear you feel like you've had a bad run. I just wanted to quickly add in that your play and results at one casino do not reflect what happens at anohter brand at the same group. There is no link between the brands that looks for this, each one is individual, it is possible you could win at all 6 brands on the same day. It does sound like you've been very unlucky though. Maybe you can ask our Customer Service team to have a look into this for you?
I've been a member over 15 years now.I stopped playing on these sites last year becouse of poor play.Also most of thier sites like lucky tiger don't allow me to use bonus codes nor bonus chips.I was labeled an (expert player).These sites then removed bonus codes and free spins from all my accounts.What I find messed up is they send email with free chips,but none works.They say You are not eligible for this bonus.Then I ask them to remove me from email.Dont u all hate when a casino says login to claim your free chip and you try but (not Eligible for a bonus chip)This happens to much that I don't play with this groups much anymore.Might stop all together since thier other sites followed them on fake bonus codes.I don't leave meny reviews anymore becouse the reps take my reviews off.Im just telling people how screwed up the sites are.

I see the code you mention for the free spins that you tried to redeem April 14th 2024. However, this code expired in May 2023. Even if it had been an active code, the terms on the coupon code required that a minimum deposit of $35 be made in last 30 days in order to redeem. There were no deposits made in the last 30 days to allow you to redeem this coupon, this is why you got the message "do not qualify for this bonus". On the post where you saw the code, it clearly states the expiry date.
Regarding your claims of being able to control the games, this is simply not true. The game results are random, we're independantly verified by a third party for fairness and it would be impossible to micro monitor something like this to ensure you never got the results you wanted. It does sound like you have a huge distrust for online casinos, speaking for our group alone, I can confirm that we're a trusted group that treats our players fairly.
