Hey!

Ich sehe, dass viele Leute ihr Konto nach einem Bonusgewinn oder ähnlichem bei RichCasino gesperrt haben. Man wird aufgefordert, eine E-Mail an die Sicherheitsabteilung zu senden, um weitere Informationen zum Entsperren des Kontos zu erhalten. Hat jemand sein Problem gelöst, nachdem er eine E-Mail gesendet hat? Oder ist das Geld für immer weg?


In meinem Fall habe ich 100 Euro aus einem Bonus gewonnen und es geschafft, eine Auszahlungsanfrage zu senden, aber nach 5 Tagen wurde mein Konto ohne Angabe von Gründen gesperrt.

They are scammers and livechat are in on it Aswell, they say security mail will respond but now 20 emails and 4 months later no response. How can this casino have 8 stars when it literally is scamming people?

Yes i understand but the casino are legit scammers along with winward casino. Excact same support/security team and Website design. They refuse to answer any questions about ownership for a reason they are criminals

Ok, so after actually winning and completing a successful withdrawl ( With Casino Gurus assistance ), My account has had all deposit options removed. I've asked live chat about this, and they say I need to email security, I did this on the 26th, no response. It would appear they really do not like players that ever withdraw. Atleast I got my money, but the so called VIP status really means nothing here.

Casino has now for almost a year gone no show, no response to anything about my account being locked with my full deposit in it. Not a Single dollar from a win or bonus just my own money. All companis listed on these casino review sites that they say owns the casino are Shell companies that cannot be contacted, all emails do not exist so you cant even email them and even the affiliate program does not respond, they are not casinos but real scammers wich many other sites have said too now that i read them.
