When it comes to this particular web, "betcake.com", it is not known to us. Nevertheless, I asked our dedicated Dat Team to review it.
I hope some others will share their insights with you, though this casino-oriented forum might not be the best pick.

Hello!
I briefly checked our database, and despite the casino is still under review, I have a few details to share. At this moment the Safety index is set to 6,5 though it is still subject to change. The owner seems to be the Betcake Group, and when it comes to license, it's currently unlicensed.
And, that's all 🤷♀️
Well, I'll try to track down a possible release date to inform you once we have something else.
Anyway, how are you? Do you play there?
