So it's been roughly 2 weeks since I chose to redeem my SC (sweeps chips). I sent numerous emails, uploads of verifiable documents, and complaints, they have essentially dismissed me without the ability to gather my winnings. They sent a link to resubmit documents, which resulted in a frozen face verification page that will not recognize my face, making it impossible to verify me and collect my winnings. I am at a complete loss. What do I do to collect on their obligations?

Hello, it is very unfortunate you chose such a casino. It possesses a very bad reputation - please check for yourself. This casino operates under no license so there is a small chance they will have any positive motivation to deal with your complaint.

Feel free to submit a complaint here. Not sure the casino will cooperate, in this case, consult with any lawyer with enough experience with the gambling business.

I have been having issues with verification with Pulsz online casino. I have sent in all forms requested only to get a response saying, names doesn’t match, time has expired on documents etc. All of the responses that I received back in regards to my documentations are incorrect and I am really getting frustrated. I don’t know if it’s bc I want to redeem my money and this is what’s going on to keep me from getting it or what. This is so frustrating and I wish I had read the reviews first before getting money tied into this site.

sadly, in this case, it's possible that the casino just tries to upset you by rejecting your documents over and over again to make you give up. 🙁.

Regrettably, there is no licensing authority you can contact and honestly, I do not believe we could be able to help either. Dealing with such a zombie casino is probably just wasting time. The last few complaints were ignored. Check for yourself:

Bad place to store your bank account information. This Pulsz casino took money from my bank account without my permission. I can not get them on the phone No Customer support there. Emails Not answered

Have you contacted your bank? I had the same issue, but it was not the casino that took the money, the casino was just a recipient.

The transaction was hacked and it had nothing to do with the casino - in my case.

I advise you to contact your bank and report the transaction for a security check.
