Hi, why are you asking? Could you tell me more about the situation you are in? I suppose you've also had your account blocked while you're talking about it. Did they tell you why?

Yes, They blocked my account and reason they say is due to violation of their internal policy. They are just giving this as a lame excuse. I was winning consistently and started playing well so they blocked me when I was placing requests for withdrawals. They are a BIG CHEAT AND FRAUD.

I can clearly see that this is quite a general answer they gave you and would probably like to find out a bit more.

mine is almost blocked i won 1.34lakh rs then they cancelled my withdrawal without giving any reason. my money is stuck now account manager blocked my number all is lost

Only cricket betting.My account manager blocked me on WhatsApp,my withdrawal getting cancelled they asked for KYC I did that but still unable to withdraw,no reason or anything given

They said your kyc is ok no problem with that you can withdraw after 48 hours then next days suddenly they blocked me and 11 days passed since.No contact now only telegram support giving circular response.

My account is not closed my withdrawal are getting cancelled from 17th Oct,I can still open my account and play.I contacted my account manager he said I had to provide video kyc which I did on 23rd oct they asked some questions also asked what's my strategy of winning which in found odd then said to me I can withdraw funds after 48 hours.I was relieved but suddenly next day my account manager blocked me on WhatsApp, I tried to contact him with different number he replied but when I gave him my playwise id suddenly he stopped replying.Only telegram support left now they are giving me same response for 20 day as follow

"We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that your bets are currently under review from the game provider's end".

"Sir, I have forwarded your callback request to the manager. You will receive a call back soon".

Well, in that case, it is as I was saying earlier. First of all, you need to pass the KYC and other checks; only after that will your withdrawals not be cancelled, I'm afraid.

Such actions are usually taken if the account or its overall activity collides with someone else. Under such conditions, further checks are initiated until the conclusion is made, the balance is usually frozen, the account may be blocked, and withdrawals are not processed.

I'm not suggesting that you've violated any rules, but the casino is currently conducting an investigation, thereby restricting your account. I wish I could tell you how long it takes. 🙁

Totally agree. I'd say no matter the platform, clear communication is essential.
