I made a withdrawal of 14510 rs on 13/07/2025. And got a notification on the same day that the withdrawal has been completed. E-transfer No. 3743761121 made using "Bank transfer", payment amount: 14510.00 INR, has been completed.

But I haven't received my money in my bank account. When I asked they said, it will take upto 48 hours to be credited on your account. I waited 48 hours. Yesterday was 48 hours. Still I haven't received my money. When I asked about it, they said your issue has been send to specialists and wait for 24 hours. So far no update on it. Whenever I ask for the update they say wait for 24 hours , your request is being processed. Please help me.

Update : Still I haven't received my money yet. But when I asked they said it is currently under processing and wait for 48 hours to be credited. Hope I will get my money within 48 hours. I will keep posting the updates until I get my money.
