Having trouble getting my first withdrawal from them. I submitted my documents over a week ago and still have received no word on my account status. I have asked chat support multiple times but they just tell me I will be contacted when my documents are accepted.

If you are already waiting two weeks then I would think about opening a complaint. I think it probably shouldn't take that long for the casino to verify the underlying documents but you see how it is. 

So I guess this is a good opportunity to contact the casino through mentioned complaint, what do you think?

I cannot seem to file a complaint as the casino is not available for me to see on this site.


I typed this up in the complaint submission page before realizing I couldn't find OneSlot via search:


"I signed up for OneSlot and used their first deposit bonus with crypto. I was able to complete the wagering and ended with a sum of $2345.88. I went to withdraw with LTC, and after a few days, I was contacted to submit documentation. I was expecting this, so I quickly submitted the necessary documents. When I checked that evening, I saw all were marked as "accepted."


Then weeks passed. For the past few weeks, I have contacted support multiple times about the status of my account. They provide me no information, saying my account is still under review. I have received no updates whatsoever. I have passed numerous KYC checks before, often very quickly, so I don't understand what would cause such a delay. At this point, the lack of communication has led me to file this complaint."


Could you file it on my behalf? Or make it so I can access the casino's review page?

Apparently it's because of the legislation in the state you're in, because those that don't have a gambling license, casinos won't show up. 

But it's not a problem, just search for any casino and write in the text box which one it is and our team will fix it. 

I can't file a complaint for you, so that's how it should work. 🙂
