I am attracted by the very generous bonuses and their wagering requirements.

But the player can't win. (very row rtp)

If a player can't win, they won't withdraw.

The fact that there is no withdrawal means that there is no major factor for a claim to be filed here.

Casinos will not significantly lower their ratings unless they can get black points as a measure against casino guru ratings. It could be like Google's SEO.

Casino Guru should try to deposit and play at the casino. Then make sure you can withdraw. Also, as I said in other discussions, the evaluation of a casino is all about the performance of withdrawals. Casinos with no or little withdrawal record should be rated at less than half

Could you perhaps describe what exactly happened to you at this casino so that others can understand what you mean exactly? I do not understand the issue here, to tell you the truth.🤷‍♀️

We will surely wait for your reply ready to help if needed.

I just jumped on a bonus that looked delicious, and I lost.

I felt that the RTP was so low that I will not deposit here anymore. And I'm sure there are a lot of players like this

Suppose there is a casino that only winds up with a cheating game.

Large review sites like this one give the casino a high mark.

We, the players, want to try that casino.

And no one wins. can't complain on a review site about not winning.

The only complaints on review sites are related to withdrawals, KYC for them, or deposits.

No matter how much lose in the game, your rating on the review site will not decrease.

Is it wrong? Don't you understand what I mean?

Thank you for clarifying the issue here. Unfortunately, we are not able to do anything about it. If a player wins, it is pure luck, as it is the same way whenever a player loses, in my opinion. 🤷‍♀️

We simply do not include the wins or the losses in the safety index of the casino. If you are interested in how it works when it comes to reviewing an online casino, please read this article over here. I hope it'll help you better understand our work.🙂

There are several slot distributors that have a service or option to repeat betting rounds (E.G.: Pragmatic, Hacksaw, Nolimit, yggrassil, among others). In all the reliable casinos that I know you can get a link in the slots to share the round, these links are from the distributor, they must be hosted on their own server, in this casino THERE IS NOT the replays section. What's more, in Nolimit in any casino there is a section where you can see your maximum winnings and those that other people who have played the dealer have had, in this casino that section is not there, where it should be it is blank, literally an empty menu , it is suspicious to say the least, considering that all the casinos I have seen have this...

This. Right here. 100%.

If you're playing at a casino for the first time, do your due diligence and make sure things work properly.

Little things like broken links, images that don't load, failure to display operator and licensing info in the footer of the main page, etc. These are all red flags for me. If I click a link and it doesn't load, that casino will start looking very sus in my eyes.

Sure, shit happens sometimes, but let's be real: casinos make a lot of money. They can afford to have a dedicated team to keep their webpage functioning properly. GOOD casinos will have this.

As far as games go..

If a casino has Pragmatic but doesn't have the drop and win promotion, then don't even bother with registration.

If they have Microgaming but not Games Global, stay away. They're probably all the old MG games that were copied and are fake.

Jackpots that don't update or have an amount displayed? Not gonna play there, either.

Radka, Jaro, Romi..

While we all appreciate the fantastic job you guys do here at Casino Guru, sometimes you need to admit that there's more than just non-payments or endless KYC/SOW delays that should affect a casinos safety rating.

I feel like you guys don't actually play slots. Maybe you don't gamble at all. I mean, that's the smart thing to do. "Don't get high on your own supply" or something. Right? lol

Some of us actually DO play, though. While most complaints of "fake games" and "scam casino" are simply the result of a bad night and are unjustified, that is certainly not that case here. Everything about this place (like most WoT casinos) feels off.

Ask yourselves this:

Do you really think these guys paid Marvel for the likeness rights to use their characters in promotional material for their brand?

The price for that would be higher than a Super Bowl ad, and that's IF Marvel would allow it at all. Comic companies aren't usually in a hurry to promote addictive things to children, so I highly doubt they'd lend their images to WoT NV.

This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Hello. Thank you for your nice words and for all your expertise. I believe that this could really help others who are not that experienced at online casinos.

If I may talk for myself, slots are not my thing to go; I prefer poker, for sure.🙂 I do understand your point, though.

I am sure that by now you are quite familiar with how we review online casinos, so you should know that it is not only about delayed payments or long KYC. We do include many other aspects, and one of them is surely "fake games" if we find some in a casino.🤷‍♀️

Our data team dedicates a lot of time and hard work to reviewing all online casinos, and we hope that this way we can help many people know better what to expect from each of them and get warned if something is not right.

Hey!

Nice to see you up and kicking! Another fair and square question series, I see. I'm more than happy to get engaged in this conversation. I'm probably going to surprise you, but I'm not currently gambling because I have gambled and I know how it feels when it slowly becomes a problem.

Luckily for me, this experience came first when I was twelve, so I had a bit of a head start I would say. 😁

I'll put it simply, it happened during a long family vacation in Mallorca. My parents were very active, but sadly, thanks to my first two trip adventures, we found out I was far too vulnerable to direct sunlight, and seawater makes it even worse. How rapidly the best part of the summer caused me to spend most days in the apartment. Here comes the best part, though. Just a few steps away from the place we stayed was an arcade game room, and at the end of this magical place stood a real coin gambling machine with quite a simple mechanism. A system of sliding platforms holding piles of coins, if you could enter the coin at the right moment, those piles would lose their balance and fall down as a win. Can you guess where I spent the rest of my six-week holiday? When we were leaving, I had quite a problem.

Later On, when I found Casino Guru and decided to be part of it, I gambled for more than a week, mainly slots. And again, I realized it's tricky for me. Furthermore, it makes little sense for me to keep spending money on that, because the ultimate logic dictates my real winnings would only be the money I withdraw and never put back into any casino. Since I'm more of a logically based person, this idea completely spoiled any possible fun I could have.

Now, to the Marvel topic:

I was thinking about exactly the same thing. Is it really so lucrative to be officially associated with the Marvel trademark? What are the options? Skipping the formalities, perhaps?

Well, I'm sure you can imagine we are not lawyers, so the question of breaching trademark policies is beyond our reach. We just care whether they provide fair and easy-to-understand rules, care for players, and pay off winnings.

I still like the way you think though!

I just happened to come across this page, and It is certainly a surprise to see such a high trust rating from Casino Guru!

I think most of us can agree that this rating falls under an honest misunderstanding, there are bound to be 1 or 2 inaccurate ratings to accompany the thousands that are spot on!

I played here about a year ago. I’ll get straight to the point, ignoring everything else for the time being, I will say that this casino is 100% hosting fake games. I doubt anything has changed since I last played here. So what would you like me to provide to you Casino Guru to have a well deserving "Fake Games" notice added to Marvel Casino? 😊

Hi there. We appreciate your kind offer.

To answer your question fairly, your current complete gaming history and logs would be a good start. When I say current, I truly mean not older than, let's say, 3 months.

Feel free to provide all you feel sufficient to the Data Team 👈, the option is still there:

Just, please do not be disappointed if we are unable to confirm your suspicion. Many casinos do not offer what you call fake games; instead, the game providers simply allow casinos to pick the RTP from the preset values. As a result, such games in these casinos "pay less" because the RTP is not that high. Players tend to mistake this common practice for rigged or fake games. 🙂

Additionally, since the casino games have grown to be very complex, in many cases only the game provider is capable of spotting a fake game. Have you consulted your assumption with game providers, perhaps?I'm asking because there is no official authority solely focused on games and their origin.

I have read your reply and all of what you say is correct! And while most places those points hold true, this casino is hosting FAKE. And I mean fake games. I’ll throw a $10 deposit on soon and gather some proof just for fun.

Asides from the horribly low rtp, no giveaways, no hiscores etc that the others have mentioned, here is one irrefutable and unmistakable piece of evidence that is proof of games from at least on provider being fakes.

I can load and play No Limit City without any issues.

Meanwhile, every other casino I have ever played at, I can’t even load the games. Why? Because they’re restricted in Canada. Meaning players from Canada are restricted no matter what and cannot play these titles.

if you can provide an explanation as to how that isn’t certain proof I’d love to gain some knowledge, however I think that along with everyone else’s statements this is very clear

From one Canadian to another, I feel this comment 100%.

For whatever reason, I can't play NetEnt or Red Tiger, either (likely because they're both owned by Evolution, which is restricted in Manitoba and BC I believe).

There have been a few instances where I've been able to play NetEnt (here's looking at Goldwin, approximately 6 months ago) and it immediately throws up red flags for me.

I also stand by the comments stating Marvel (and all other WoT NV casinos) are running fake/manipulated games. These games don't play the same as their legit counterparts. Some obvious signs include the already-mentioned lack of provider connections (no replays, no drops and wins, no jackpots, etc), bad visuals (sometimes the animations are choppy or non-existent in certain cases), the sounds don't play properly, or the help files don't load.

Trust me when I say this... if you play slots on even a semi-regular basis, you can spot these fakes a mile away, and if it turns out that WoT NV is operating legit casinos, I'll retire from being an active member of this site.

Now I see!

Another situation I did not mention yet are forbidden games. It's good you brought that up!

In any case, please send everything you have collected so far + an overview so my colleagues from the Data Team have a better understanding of the situation right from the start. Alternatively use data@casio.guru though I'm convinced they prefer the web fearture for some reason.

Anyway, casinos may offer games restricted in many countries, and the way I see it, if you can't load the game because you access the site from the restricted country, it is ok.

At this point, it usually gets more complicated: Some providers, and I have a feeling you know that already, use other companies for distributing such games to players, avoiding the restriction, or even casinos ignore the restriction and leave these games accessible to all. I dare to say, however, and feel free to share your opinion on that; none of this affects the actual RTP. For me, it is always important to distinguish between fake games in the manner of altered RTP and restricted games, which is solely a matter of accessibility.

Do you see it the similar way, please?

I don't think it's reasonable to calculate casino indicators based on the operating company and company size. This casino seems to have an unusually low RTP.

This will prevent the player from withdrawing. In other words, the reputation does not go up in Casino Guru. In order to lower a casino's rating on Casino Guru, only withdrawal complaints are valid. If withdrawal does not occur, the rating will not decrease.

I'm going to make a bad guess. Is there any benefit from having victims in this casino group due to Casino Guru's high rating?

No matter how much you do, this rating is too high. At most, it should be 5.

Hello,

Thanks for the opinion!

I think it makes sense to keep an eye on both. Imagine smaller casinos under the same management as any other casino, already proven to be somewhat unfair, for instance. In this case the rating will be lower than, for example, a bigger casino without known tidings to an unfair company. Not to mention the smaller casinos are generally considered less capable of paying, especially when groups of players win big at the same time.

Every time the complaint proves the casino acted unfairly, its safety index decreases, yet in proportion to the severity of the situation. This is where the desputed amount comes in - one complaint with a lower disputed amount may not be enough for the Safety Index to decrease that much.

Please consider this information we provide in the guide. It's not just about visible rating:

"the casino will be punished with a lower rating from us, and our review of the casino will warn other players of what happened. What's more, if the casino wants to improve its rating in the future, it will be forced to address the complaint, so there is a chance that your complaint will be resolved at a later date."

I'm sorry to say that, but the suggested value of 5 points seems like a guess to me. We, on the other hand, count on precise math.

What you call victims are, in my opinion, sadly, players who frankly did not pay enough attention to all information provided about the casino. Just think about that for a moment:

It is impossible to categorize a casino as either good or bad, without a middle ground. Before making any deposits, I would advise everyone to educate themselves about the casino because no one can guarantee a positive or negative experience. Do not predict the feature; we learn from the past.

We have not come across any better system, I'm sorry.
