Hallo. Leider habe ich mein Geld noch nicht bekommen. Warte jetzt schon über eine Woche. Der live Chat sagt er hat keinen wirklichen Kontakt zu den Managern und kann nur Emails dahin schreiben und nix machen. Werde immer vertröstet. Von 3 Werktage. Auf 7 Werktage. Ich glaub da werde ich nichts erhalte. Da auf meine Emails nicht geantwortet wird von den Managern. Grüsse

I have been waiting to get paied for my wins since 14/11. Two weeks ago they paied me 2000€ from 4822€ that they own me. Now they are telling my that i am going to get paied the rest soon... So i don't know if i will get my rest of the wins soon or not. I believe that you will get paied some time. but maybe it will be in 2-3 months.

Ja .es scheint so das Madmoneycasino seine Spieler nicht ausbezahlen kann. Wie kann sowas sein. Wochenlang auf sein Geld warten zu müssen? Ich denke das kaum Spieler da noch einzahlen. Deshalb auch die ständig überhöhten bonusangebote. Es steht nicht gut um die Reputation des Casinos. to me, it also seems that there is a chance that you'll get the winnings eventually. It just takes longer than usual.
If the casino fails to respond or pay you in the next week I would consider the complaint, if I were you.

Ja aber würden sie jemals nochmal in einem Casino spielen. Wo sie Wochen auf ihr Geld warten müssten? Ich denke nicht. Ich hoffe das das viele Spieler sehen und diese torture nicht erleben wollen.
