Kristina is finding out everything she needs to contact the casino and you will have to be a bit patient. Let's see where you get in the complaint process as I see that there is probably not much talk with the casino and nothing has moved forward even after 2 weeks. Some things seem nonsensical to me, like the fact that you've withdrawn before using the same method and now there's something wrong. I don't really understand that, so I wonder if the casino will write back and clarify the whole situation. 

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. 🤞☘️

For me it would be better late than never. At some casinos you would wait a few months and you might not get anything. So if the casino has ever paid, it's a comforting stepping stone. We'll see what happens next. 🙂

Thanks anyway, I will just wait for the result, I think they just not willing to pay me at all, otherwise they would at least send me an email and tell me what happen, but so far they still give me 0 reply, live agent not taking any responsibility at all just keep saying it’s other departments issue! And ask me to wait for email since July 15, but never happened, it’s totally a scam in my eyes 😫

I would probably try to bounce back from the fact that you have already managed to resolve the complaint with them once, and so I firmly believe that will be the case this time as well. 

Also, I would also think twice about staying here if you have had to deal with trouble twice before. I guess this case has opened your eyes. 😥

I already consider I will never get back the fund anymore…. I shouldn’t give them any other chance since my last withdrawal, thanks for helping anyways 🙏

I know why you think like that, I'm trying to pour some positivity into it, but sometimes you have to be prepared for the worst. I wouldn't see it as drastic here, but you never know.

To answer your question: It surely does. Whenever a complaint is closed as "unresolved," the casino gets black points, which may lead to a lowering of the safety index.
