I had already verified my account but it's showing it's not verified they are advertising on Google up.to 48 hour withdrawel times for bitcoin not saying you have to be vip status to recieve that and qora games with deposit no bonus involved do not open let you play them on slots I have complained about that five times they give you answer like clear your browser it has nothing to do with my browser it's completely illigal what there doing I have deposited five times never once go to play Qoro games im.waiting on withdrawel since Thursday just 12 2024 over 48 hours im.bei g told my identity is not verified I made sure it was before I ever deposited at there casino

Hello, so if they tell you that your verification is not yet complete, do they ask you for some documents ? If you don't pass it successfully then you won't be able to withdraw and if the casino says you haven't completed it yet then they must have something wrong. 

As for the bonus, you couldn't play the slots with it right ? I see that the casino didn't deal with you much and what they told you didn't help you. 

Anyway, I would like to say that we give casinos 14 days so if they fail to send you the money by then, you can file a complaint with us and we will try to help you.

I would draw from there before my account's already been verified they're just doing the same old things man it's actually been 14 it's actually been 2 weeks but according to them it's only been 10 business days so whatever I'm over it man I'll never play there again that casino need to shut down they don't make people feel good when and they make you feel aggravated tell him the second time I've withdrawal first time it took 25 business days I just don't care look what they do they close people's accounts after they've been approved how are they even still open how is something like that even still open why would somebody take over another person's business and treat people like that when you got something good going doesn't make any sense somebody is not that smart I mean just downright dumb

Somebody's obviously got an extreme spending account I mean that must be an out of control got to have so much every month to spend on themselves before they can do anything or pay anybody else out of it that's crazy that is off the chain nuts that's out of control

I understand your frustration if you still haven't received the money. If that's the case, then definitely file a complaint if you haven't gotten anywhere with the casino, because that would be quite a long time for me as well. You haven't learned anything new yet ?
