Almost every casino eventually suffers delayed payments due to a higher volume of requests, which is considered an exclusion from the rules because those are always subject to change. So all those pretty quick deadlines are considered possible only under ideal circumstances. Unbelievably, this is what I have discovered so far.
Hence, your feelings are understandable, of course. I checked the complaint section for you, and there have been no official complaints submitted through our Resolution Center in 2026, so I would say the situation is not that dire. It could be a less intense volume of withdrawals they have to carry out.
I find it interesting that, with such amounts, there has been no need for a full verification. Hopefully it stays this way!

It's all a huge scam, unfortunately, and I fell for it. They advertise fast payouts, up to €5000. I fell for that exact trick and probably won't even get a single €500 payout back.
