So my account has finally gotten locked on the website. I am no longer able to access live chat support nor am I able to access my pending withdrawals.
Would like some clarification if I will still be getting paid my withdrawals even without access to my account?

this is the last email I received them saying they’ll update with good news then around 20 minutes later they locked my account so I am no longer able to access the account.

current thread that has been going on for months about my complaint. currently my old host has cut off all communication on the 3rd party app, they have locked my account, and they say they are paying but it’s been 2 weeks + since a withdrawal. There’s 5625$ left as I have screen recorded each of my withdrawals just in the case that something like this happens.

Their wallet that I've been receiving past withdrawals from has $1540 at this moment.
I have a withdrawal of $625 and two $2500s. So now it is known that they have a balance, not sure what the hold up is.

Got $625 more close to a month ago. Now waiting on $5,000.
Funds have arrived in their wallet, but they have been holding onto it for a while now.
No communication is available with them, live support is completely unresponsive. They used to respond to e-mails once in a while, but has been two weeks since any communication from them. Seems like they might not be operating anymore so would wait on depositing until something is figured out.

Well I can tell you this with 100% certainty they all cheat it’s just a matter of how much some more then other stay away from sticky or jerky reels but there’s so many ways on how there doing it you wouldn’t believe what I know and what I’ve seen 🫣😳☹️💶 it’s $$ and they want everybody’s do you know where these places are ? Not the servers but where they pick up the phone or live? You don’t wanna know just stay away from all of them and the ones that have the highest ratings are the biggest cheats of all .

Limitless put a $50 max payout on my account after i waited a week to verify my account , i won $500 and i seen no limits when i finally was able to request a payout, i didnt wven get a chance to cancel the request . They imediatkey denied my request and took $450 back and allow me to only withdraw $50 maximum now i emailed them and thsy stated it was clearly stated in the cashier page, which it was nit. I think its pretty messed up that they can last minute take what i won ( the play through was set at $190 which i completed) and give only 10% back to withdraw

I think you only misread the information. It doesn't say the maximum withdrawal is 50 per week, but it shows 50 000. You should be able to withdrawal the whole balance in a single withdrawal request.

Hello, are you talking about the casino you mentioned in the thread? Because you wrote Jacksy, and this casino is JacksPay, which is not the same thing. Please clarify this for me.
As for your withdrawal, how long have you been trying to get your money? Did the casino tell you why you don't have it?
