Hi has anyone had trouble withdrawing there funds I am being told I can’t use bank transfer even tho that’s what I deposited with there stating I need to use a crypto account to access my funds ?

Hello, sometimes it is like that and players cannot withdraw funds using the same payment method especially when are there some technical issues.. But casino should always offer alternative which I see they did. Will you try to cashout with crypto as they suggested ?

No am I don’t have one of those accounts and don’t plan to I have emailed them as it states on the terms and conditions it has to be withdrawn to account deposited with due to security

They sent an email on Tuesday asking for my bank details but as of now the money is still sitting there and still no option to use bank transfer emailed asking for update to be told I have no active withdrawals

Okay, so it looks like we'll have to wait and see what happens when they ask you for bank details. 

When something moves, be sure to let me know, I'll be curious to see if this withdrawal option becomes available to you or not.

that was the email on Tuesday asking for me details now I’ve received an email stating they can’t do bank transfer it’s crypto only no where on the website states it’s crypto withdrawal only so looking like I won’t get the money so going to try my bank and claim my deposits if they can send me the money

Hmm and would you try to open a crypto wallet ? I think there would be some instructions on the internet and it's not too time consuming. I'd like to see if the money would come to you without any problems. 

You haven't thought about it at all ?

Yeah it’s easy enough to open one but to activate the account you have to buy crypto which am not willing to do

And isn't there just some minimum you can buy there that wouldn't give you a problem ? The decision is of course up to you, I would just hate to see you lose your money just because of something like this, which in my opinion is not too difficult to solve.
