I have played on lucky legends and have money in my account to be withdrawn. First it took my about 3 weeks to be verified, with every excuse under the moon and resubmitting docs multiple times. Once I was verified for withdrawal I attempted a bitcoin withdrawal and it was denied twice. They told me to contact the payment department and give them my Bitcoin address, which I had entered on the bitcoin withdrawal both times. Once I received an email stating I can make a bitcoin withdrawal from the payment dept, I went to the cash out section and the Bitcoin option was magically gone. So I emailed the payment dept who replied stating I had to ask customer service about this. Customer service has told me so many random excuses and then said that I needed to send them a picture of my ID again. What a joke! They seem to do anything possible to prevent you from withdrawing. They told me I can do a wire transfer and then it will be sent to my Bitcoin address which doesn’t make sense. But my bank doesn’t have an international swift code, and I’m not too comfortable entering my routing number and account information to an already shady site.

I think that you could use some help, we provide something called a resolution center through which we allow players to submit complaints against casinos that acts not entirely fair towards players. I think that you could use some support now, so if you're interested the complaint can be submitted right here. It's just that the casino has not yet been reviewed and added to the list of casinos, so please use the option "I do not know the casino" while submitting the complaint, then paste the casino link to the body of the complaint.

Hi so I'm in the middle of trying to withdraw my winnings, It took me only 3 days to get verified, but apparently my bank doesn't accept international wire transfers also, so I tried to do bitcoin and it says that I haven't deposited with bit coin so I can't withdraw with it. I'm trying to figure out how to withdraw using the wire app. So I'll update here on how that goes.

Hello there.
Normally, the withdrawal should be processed using the very same method as was used for the deposit. While having problems with international wire transfers, I'd expect the casino to suggest some alternatives to help you out. I'd say you can try to deposit a minimal sum by using crypto, then try to change the withdrawal method to crypto. The minimal deposit should register your new payment option to the casino's system and make it available for withdrawal. It might be wise to ask the casino and then try it out.

I would consider another myself too. The support should try to provide solutions and make players feel comfortable. Seems it did not work well for you.

This a never-ending concern 🙂. To find out which casinos are truly related to each other - not mentioning on what level (same management, same owner, white label) you must find a good reliable source first. The irony is the best source is the casinos... So, if we're told there is no connection, our options to confirm the opposite gets low. 🙁 I hope you catch my meaning.
