I have recently had my account banned by themselves with a weak excuse that I apparently have another account opened with them. It's funny that when I was losing and constantly depositing funds the account was fine. I start to win quite a bit and all of a sudden my account is banned. They don't communicate properly via email other than saying I am banned for life.

hello, the only explanation I got is that I didn't respect the terms and conditions. and yes indeed, by depositing 50 euros, I had the chance to go up to 14,000 euros. luck that did not last since my account was blocked

Won just over £140 after losing about 50 pounds.


went to verify my account sent my bank card, selfie with name of betting site, utility bills and photo of passport but they are saying they need a selfie with my passport which I am unable to do as I’ve sent this off to be renewed.

received email saying my accounts been closed as I didn’t send them required documents and no mention of my funds.

I would suggest providing a selfie showing you holding the ID or a verification call.

The casino should try its best to solve the situation, and especially the verification called - if done well, can resolve the situation.

My passport is currently at the passport office, this is the only photo ID I have. I had a photo of the passport and sent a seperate selfie but they rejected this and closed my account.


they now won’t respond to my emails and said they will only return my deposit.

Pardon me, but where is your ID? Do you have it? I understand the passport is in the office, but what about another personal document, do you have the ID?
