I have a lot if issue withdrawing money from lucky legends and sunrise.

Hi, I see you have already filed complaints against both casinos, which I think is correct in this case. I gather your withdrawals have been going on for a while. 

In the case of sunrise slots, has your withdrawal been approved yet ? Do I understand that you are waiting for the money to arrive ? I don't think it's fair that the casino has been repeating the same answer for two weeks and it still hasn't progressed. 

As for Lucky Legends Casino, I noticed that you have already received your first withdrawal and now you are waiting for $1000. The excuse that the casino is too busy is bizarre. However, I also saw that you had a complaint with this casino in the past, which was resolved. I hope that in this situation it will have the same happy ending. 

For now, we will have to wait and see how the complaints develop and I will be glad if you keep us informed about these cases.

I just called lucky legends and they said no agent is available and the line cut off. What is this? I cant believe it..

As with sunrise my withdrawal was approved. But never paid out.

As for Lucky legends, that doesn't seem right to me. I guess even live chat won't reply and if you send an email it will probably have the same result. 

In the context of Sunrise slots, I assume it is the same, am I right ? Do you communicate in any way with the casino ? 

Regardless, our team will try to do everything possible to find out what's going on with your withdrawals. For now we have to be patient and wait where your cases will progress.

I did manage..and all they said os they will expedite my withdrawal.. But they said they can't give me an exact date. It means infinite waiting for me. They are all liars. I wish there is a union or something to govern those scammers and protect players

They should be closed down because they dont pay or delayed payment without reason. I wished i can let everyone in the world know.

I absolutely understand your frustration. To tell you the truth, I would also be angry and I am also really curious to see if you will be successful in this situation. 

Of course, as I mentioned before, our team will try to do everything they can to find out why your withdrawals are delayed. 

As far as your case is concerned, I think that at least other players will see that these casinos have not been fair through your complaints.

For now, we just have to wait and see how things move forward. I hope everything turns out well. 🙂

That looks promising but I don't want to jinx it. I hope that this time they will let you know what is going on with your withdrawal, as you were told in the live chat.
