Today I used the above for the first time depositing 20.00 into my account through apple pay I received some bonus plays and when I had reached 53.00 real money I decided to withdraw.however apple pay was not available to withdraw and their online chat recommended I make a further deposit using my debit card in order to withdraw the full amount to said card, this i did to the value of £50.

they now owe me 103.00 which i requested to withdraw and was advised this was now pending.

online chat then told me it had been passed to their finance department for approval (why such a simple request) and would take up to 2 hours.

3 hours later online chat told me it had been passed to their finance department specialised team to action. All the while I’m being strung along nit getting any definitive answers and no sort of confirmation that anything is actually happening.

all I want is my money back taken instantly I hasten to add with no timeline or confirmation of when this is likely to happen

I understand what you say, and it makes sense you want the money, yet still there are procedures each casino must finish before the payout is done. It may take a few days, because each system and process is different.

My best advice is to stay calm and wait at least a few days. Under such circumstances, there are few other options left.

Try to be patient, please. Get in touch with the support once a day.

I have received a reply from Garrison bet in which the have told me that my withdrawal request has been cancelled as I need to wager x3 (see attached) as I explained previously they told me to deposit a further £50 in order to confirm my card details in order to make the payment owed to me,they now deny they ever asked for this to be done and I don’t have a copy of the chat log!! I have requested the withdrawal again and the have asked for ID documents but won’t tell me exactly what they are? I feel we are at a stalemate and further more I think this is a scam to rob me of my money.

Hi, casinos do this as part of AML procedures, but I think they should consider the context.

The £50 verification deposit serves as a way to register this payment option with your casino account, while the AML policy prevents players from money laundering. Applying general AML rules to the required deposit, which you had to make in order to withdraw, feels strange, especially considering the 3x wagering requirement. Who is going to launder £50?

Furthermore, we are still talking about a verification deposit, not ordinary funds deposited deliberately, if I'm not mistaken here.

Well, not a very good sign at all.

Well, if there is nothing more in play here, I see no reason for returning any money. Did I miss anything, please?

If the terms and conditions fully support this deposit wagering, the casino will enforce it, I reckon.

I guess this is one of the reasons why this casino is not recommended.
