not sure how many players keep charts or tables, but would be good to mention that some game providers allow casinos to choose the RTP. Additionally, the RTP can vary based on the country from which you are accessing the site. As a result, you would need a recommendation from players from Norway preferably.

Correct. Providers allow casinos to choose RTP. So i am looking for a casino that has chosen the highest rtp. I came across COOLBET. It has highest rtp versions on all providers.

I know exactly what you're looking for, unfortunately we don't have any exact table showing casinos with the highest possible RTP on games. I think the only option you have is choosing a few games as a benchmark. You would know the highest RTP on those games. It could be games from Pragmatic Play, I think Play n Go also allows casinos to decrease the RTP. Then you would open the games in a new casino and check the RTP that is usually written in the games info.
But yeah, I understand it's quite time consuming and uncomfortable.
